All prices are in Canadian dollars, before applicable taxes. Software subscriptions, editing, cover design, retailer uploads, and additional revisions are separate. Newsletter care uses your supplied copy and an existing, working Kit account and template. Monthly care begins after any required setup is complete. Other email platforms are considered after a setup review. Setup projects use your supplied text, book files, and artwork. Clean-manuscript formatting assumes consistent chapter headings and paragraph styles; repairing inconsistent source formatting, text changes, or complex layouts is separately quoted. Your written quote confirms the final scope and price.

No. You can start with a first release, a first reader magnet, or an existing backlist. Tell us where you are and we’ll confirm which service fits.
Kit is our specialty for newsletters and reader-magnet email integrations. If you use another email platform, we review your setup before confirming scope, price, and timing. For reader-magnet projects, we also check BookFunnel compatibility before quoting. Any necessary subscriptions remain in your name and are paid separately.
These packages cover publishing production and administration. They do not include ghostwriting, developmental editing, copyediting, cover design, or paid advertising. The formatting package starts with a clean, edited manuscript with consistent chapter and paragraph styles. If the source file needs formatting cleanup first, we quote that separately.
No. You retain ownership and approve the work. Where available, we use an invited collaborator account with only the access needed. We agree on access arrangements before work begins; never send passwords through this form.
Monthly care covers up to four sends using your copy and an existing Kit account and template. If you need an account or template set up first, we quote that separately. Monthly care starts once the setup is complete.
Yes. Reader-magnet setup and book preparation are individual projects. Newsletter care is monthly, with no annual commitment; notice and billing arrangements are confirmed in your quote.
Illustrated books, multiple pen names, complex automations, platform migrations, and larger manuscripts need a separate quote. We agree on any additional work and its cost before starting.
